With AI, I expect there will be a new startup model.

Here are the constraints:

• never have >50 on the team
• supreme focus on product quality + AI/automation to keep < 50
• everyone takes profit distributions (eventually)
• no outside capital

Anyone building a co with a hard headcount constraint?
