I tend not to make these but this year I did make some for some reason. Here they are – personal and biz sort of collide.

– sleep earlier
– try not crack open my laptop at home after work so wifey and I just shoot the shit
– don’t pay attention to competitors. Read a great Bezos line that when competitors are focused on you, they’re not focused on customers. I need to keep my focus on customers.
– play offense. I’m prone to worry and play not to lose. That’s my DNA but I want to play offense a lot more.
– get Z to school on time by not being distracted by work in the AM and just being more present.
– work on learning to be a better manager/leader and hopefully mentor
– check email less

That’s a lot of goals. They say if you state them publicly, you are more committed to them. Hope so.
