My new side project is live: 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆

Why create this?

In 2022, I posted this on Twitter/X.

And after looking for a bit, I realized nothing like this existed.

More importantly, the regular scramble with my wife trying to figure out what our kids would do during the summer or afterschool was not fun – it was tiring, frustrating and always last minute and a bit ad hoc if I’m being honest.

There were spreadsheets and browser tabs everywhere. Texts to friends asking “What was that camp Jaden went to last summer? Did you like it?”

And this was Every. Single. Year.

Sometimes, multiple times in the year.

So we built EPD (the full name is a mouthful) to solve our own pain and hopefully some other parents’ pain as well

It’s starting pretty specific — on STEM programs in NY and NJ

Why?

• I live in NJ and so already had spreadsheets full of this stuff
• As a result, it’s immediately relevant for us
• I’m Indian so, of course, I’m all about STEM.

It’s already been useful for my family (and hopefully yours too) in bringing order to the madness of finding the right enrichment programs.
